Michelle has almost 20 years of experience practising law in China and Australia.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Laws degree from China and a Master of Laws degree from the University of NSW, specializing in Corporate, Commercial and Taxation Law.

Michelle was admitted as a lawyer in both China (1988) and Australia (1999).

Michelle worked as a lawyer in Beijing for over 7 years in one of the top 10 law firms in China (listed in Legal Services Country Profile - CHINA, by the Legal Service Advisory Council, Attorney-General's Department, Australia) in terms of serving international clients.

Michelle has extensive experience in advising international clients on various legal and commercial issues of investing and doing business in China. She also acted for International clients to appear before court and arbitration tribunals in disputes involving international trade, technology transfers and foreign investment.
